"Walk & Talk" Consultation
Occupied Staging

Homeowners will continue to live in their homes through the selling process; however, the home needs to be designed to appeal to the buyers. Barb will start at the curb and walk through the entire property, making over all observations on what the home needs to appeal to the greatest amount of buyers.

Full consideration is taken into account the homeowner's budget, and their ability to make improvements, It will not go unnoticed and we will discuss all the great features the home already has.

After the initial walk through, Barb and homeowners will walk from room to room discussing the most important things to do along with other items that might be helpful. Notes will be taken by Barb during the "Walk & Talk" and will be given to the client at the end of the time together, as their action plan. This process usually takes about two hours depending on the size of the property.

The main living areas and the primary bedroom/bath are the basic rooms to stage. The amount of rooms and level of luxury is determined by the person who hired the stager. Spare bedrooms can be staged as a child's room. It is also very important to try to include a home office space and maybe a place to work out. Outdoor living areas can all be staged at the desired level of luxury.
Cost is determined by number of rooms stage, level of luxury, and amount of time th home will remained staged.
